Module B Fitness
For this module students will be required to:
1. Actively participate in compulsory activities
2. Reassess current fitness levels at the beginning and end of semester
3. Use technology to measure their rate of exertion
4. Set personal fitness goals and analyze factors that influence achieving those goals
