Our goals for physical education in the coming weeks are to encourage students to:
1. Participate in a pattern of activity
2. Have students set personal goals in the areas of; cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength, muscle endurance and flexibility
3. Develop an action plan for achieving these goals
4. Collect evidence that goals are being met
5. Revise goals as needed
How will we help?
1. Make available samples of activities students could do at home with minimal equipment
2. Provide a platform where students can share and receive feedback
